5. Exchange Confirmation
Bpbqtrader will confirm within 24 hours of receiving the request whether the exchange can be processed and provide the customer with detailed instructions and important notes.

7. Shipping Costs
All shipping costs for exchanges are fully covered by Bpbqtrader. Customers do not need to pay any additional fees.

Upon receiving the exchanged product,Bpbqtrader will inspect it to ensure it meets the exchange conditions (new or minimal use, complete packaging and accessories).
9. Exchange Processing
Products that meet the conditions will be replaced as soon as possible, typically within 2 business days.
10. Products Not Meeting Conditions
If a product does not meet the exchange conditions, Bpbqtrader will contact the customer to explain the situation and arrange for the product to be returned or reject the exchange.
