5. 14-Day No-Reason Return Policy

Customers may request a return and refund within 14 days of receiving the product if they are not satisfied.

6. Return Conditions

Returned products must be in new condition or show minor signs of use, must not be damaged or contaminated, and must not affect resale.
All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included.

7. Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange within 14 days of receipt.
Exchanged products must meet the same return conditions: original condition, minor signs of use allowed, no damage or contamination.

8. Return & Exchange Procedure

9. 2-Year Warranty

Bpbqtrader provides a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and material issues.
If issues arise during the warranty period, contact customer service for repair or replacement support.
